portacall.ai charges usage in credits so personal and team publishers can predict costs regardless of the client they use. Subscriptions are billed through Polar for easy management.
Credits are a consumption right for using portacall.ai. They are not currency, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a payout mechanism for publishers.
Default rate: 1 credit ≈ 2000 tokens processed. Enterprise contracts can override the BASE multiplier per workspace.

All plans run through Polar. You can self-serve upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations from the Billing tab or by opening the Polar customer portal (/api/teams/:teamId/billing-portal).
