Rules and agreements for using portacall.ai
By accessing and using portacall.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
portacall.ai is a SaaS product that helps you connect AI assistants to knowledge sources over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service provides tooling for publishing resources, access control, and usage-based consumption.
portacall.ai is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment platform. We do not hold, custody, or transfer funds on behalf of publishers.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
The Service operates on a credit-based usage model. Credits can be purchased through our payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by portacall.ai in writing.
Credits represent a consumption right for using portacall.ai. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or converted to fiat.
Credits are not an earnings mechanism for publishers. Publishing resources does not entitle you to receive credits or cash from other users’ consumption.
Where shown, any fiat amounts are used only for purchase pricing and billing through our payment providers.
portacall.ai may allow you to publish resources for others to discover and access. You control whether resources are public or private and which access keys can read them.
Access to certain resources or features may require spending credits. These credits are consumed for service usage and are not transferred to the publisher.
In the future, portacall.ai may integrate third-party payment products (for example, Stripe Connect) to enable publishers to sell access for money directly. If enabled, you may be required to create and maintain a payout account with the third-party provider.
If and when such features are available, payments and payouts will be processed by the third-party provider under their terms. Funds will be handled by the provider and/or the publisher, not held or disbursed by portacall.ai. These features may be unavailable or disabled at any time.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Access to our API is provided through access keys. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys and for all activities that occur under your keys.
API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
The materials on portacall.ai are provided on an 'as is' basis. portacall.ai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall portacall.ai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on portacall.ai, even if portacall.ai or a portacall.ai authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which portacall.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
