portacall.ai allows you to manage your personal projects and collaborate with others in dedicated team workspaces. Use this page to understand how accounts and teams work.
Every user has a personal context. Free tier includes 3 resources and 5 MB of storage. Upgrade to portacall.ai publisher pro for 12 resources and 50 MB of storage.
Resources published here are owned by you personally.
You can create or join multiple teams. Teams have their own isolated resources, members, and billing.
Any user can create a team workspace. The creator automatically becomes the Owner.
Use the "Create Team" button on your dashboard or call POST /api/teams/create. You simply need to provide a name and an optional description.
The workspace is instantly provisioned and you are assigned as the Owner.
Invite colleagues via email using the /api/teams/:teamId/invite endpoint or the team settings UI.
You can assign roles (Manager, Member) to control their access levels within the team.
Teams Starter or Teams Pro subscriptions are purchased via the workspace settings, which call POST /api/teams/:teamId/subscribe to start a Polar checkout.
The subscription is attached to the team workspace, but billed to the user who initiates the purchase (usually the Owner).
